Imagine if we reimagined our empty commercial spaces with a little flair, a little craziness a little creativity and a lot of fun!  Imagine if the landlords came on board and decided that a space empty for years and years might be open to an newly imagined use!  Imagine if the council, the region and the state loosened bureacratic laws and rules around use and compliance.
